Aspects of the Verification of Competency VOC can be conducted under simulated conditions where there is issues of safety and environment damage.

No assistance from other employees is allowed other than necessary. The candidate can interact with other operators for operational safety procedures for an example communicating to other excavator, front end loader, skid steer and truck drivers etc.
When the Compliant Industries Assessor is conducting the assessment there is no time limit. So relax!
Pre-start checklists, incident/hazard reporting forms for an example normally used at the workplace can be utilized.
Relevant to the candidates job description the Compliant Industries Group assessor will ask the candidate to conduct a task or a set of tasks to prove competency. During the assessment the candidate needs to provide a continuous verbal description of what they are doing and the reasons behind it.
